The Department of European and Strategic Projects of the A Coruña City Council has prepared a "Basic Guide to European Funds and Post 2020 Recovery".

Divided into two parts, it addresses firstly what is called "European Financing" (European management and financing, multiannual financial framework, shared management European structural and investment funds and European direct management programmes).

In its second part, it addresses the "Recovery and Resilience post 2020" (Recovery Plan for Europe and RTR Plan for the Spanish economy).

Finally, it incorporates some annexes of "publications and documents", "regulations and agreements" and "links of interest".
